Shade Tree Adirondack Chair Details
The Shade Tree Adirondack Chair is constructed of kiln dried 4/4 Cypress, Mahogany or Teak with a finished thickness of 1 inch. These woods are easily maintained, with or without a finish, and are naturally insect, weather and rot resistant.

To ensure durability and a classic appearance, the Adirondack Chair features stainless steel hardware and wood plugged screw holes for smooth surfaces. We provide button caps for holes that have to be left unplugged for shipping. 3/8” Carriage Bolts are used to secure the base and legs of the chair, providing extra strength and sturdy support.

The back rest of the chair is constructed of seven angled back slats, all rounded and smoothed, and arranged in such a way as to embrace the curve of your spine as you lean into it. You will not feel as if you are leaning back onto a stiff flat board as you would with a 3 or 4 slat back chair.

The seat is constructed to curve with the natural angle of your body as you sit and recline, no matter your height. The seat is higher in the front and sinks down in the back. On either side you are embraced with extra wide arms, great for resting a drink, a book, even a laptop.

All edges of the Adirondack Chair have been routed with a round over bit to provide a smooth, flowing, classic design.

The Adirondack Chair is shipped fully assembled. Personal delivery is available in the Myrtle Beach and Columbia areas of South Carolina and during certain months in Bay and Walton counties, Florida and in and around Atlanta, Georgia. Please call for details.
